: 2.2.1 Committee meeting  shall normally be held twice a year. 2.2.2 The committee member-secretary will call the committee meeting on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the committee according to the instructions of the chairman. 2.2.3 If fifty percent of the total members of the committee are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered. 2.2.4 The meeting of the committee will be presided over by the chairman of the committee and in his absence, the members present in the meeting will preside over the members chosen from among themselves. 2.2.5 In the meeting of the committee, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the chairman will give the deciding vote. 2.2.6 The decision of the committee will be verified by the member-secretary of the committee. 2.2.7 Other procedures related to the meeting of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
